Job Posting: Grassroots Lead U5-U9 (May - August)

Location: Hunter River and Cornwall

Rate: $16.50/hour

Position Overview:

The Grassroots Lead U5-U9 plays a pivotal role in supporting the Grassroot Lead and Technical Directors during the busy summer months. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, focusing on the development and execution of youth soccer programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Operations: Assist the Grassroot Lead and Technical Director in daily operations and program development.
• Leadership: Provide guidance and support to student coaches, ensuring they are prepared to lead sessions effectively
• Field and Equipment Setup: Oversee the setup and teardown of fields and equipment for training sessions and games.
• Season Preparation: Assist in organizing schedules, materials, and resources for the season.
• Tournament Coordination: Aid in the planning and execution of tournaments, including logistics and team communication.
• U9 Jamboree: Take a lead role in planning and running this event, creating a fun experience for all participants.

Ability to create a supportive and positive environment for players and coaches.
