Coach of the Year - Chuck Matheson

Chuck’s commitment to player development, positive team culture, and long-term program growth has made a lasting impact on our club. His leadership reflects the very best of RC United coaching: supportive, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in every athlete’s success.

Oscar Waugh Leadership Award - Tessa Campbell

Tessa embodies the values of leadership, integrity, and resilience. Her ability to inspire teammates, lead by example, and elevate the environment around her makes her a deserving recipient of this award named in honour of Oscar Waugh’s legacy.

Margaret Dolliver Volunteer of the Year - Joint Winners: Steven Perry & Justin MacKenzie

Steven and Justin represent the heart of volunteerism at RC United. Whether stepping in at a moment’s notice, supporting club operations, or contributing countless hours behind the scenes, their dedication ensures our programs run smoothly and our players thrive. We are proud to recognize them both for their outstanding service.

Youth Service Award - Claire Gordon

Claire’s contributions to our youth programs demonstrate maturity, kindness, and a genuine passion for helping younger players grow. Her leadership and willingness to give back make her an exceptional role model within our club community.

Donnie Tweel Bursary - Parker Munro

Parker has shown commitment to both academics and athletics, representing the values of hard work, perseverance, and community involvement. The Donnie Tweel Bursary supports young athletes who demonstrate these qualities, and Parker is a truly deserving recipient.
